Responsibilities

- Create stakeholder communication protocols for AI-related ethical incidents
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Monitor emerging AI regulatory landscapes and update compliance protocols quarterly
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with focus on AI regulation
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Expertise in implementing bias-mitigation techniques for large-scale ML systems
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, EU AI Act certification)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
- Experience with algorithmic impact assessment methodologies
- Strong background in data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Published research on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness preferred
