Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 technological advancements

- Conduct impact assessments for AI systems across healthcare, climate modeling, and infrastructure sectors
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in technology roadmaps
- Represent the company at global tech ethics forums and policy summits
- Author thought leadership papers on responsible AI adoption for 2026
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical technology development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in AI ethics, technology governance, or futurism
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, algorithmic transparency, and human-centered AI
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for complex tech systems
- Strong understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and AGI implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published work in peer-reviewed ethics journals or major tech publications
- Experience working with regulatory bodies (NIST, IEEE, etc.)
