Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning infrastructure capable of handling billions of inference requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead Generative AI Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into autonomous agent workflows.
- Optimize Model Performance: Conduct rigorous research into model quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration to maximize efficiency.
- Establish AI Governance: Implement ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Software Engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineer role.
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with Transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases.
- System Design: Strong ability to design fault-tolerant, scalable systems that support high availability.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
