Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated interest in emerging tech trends, specifically Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
