Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize high-fidelity 2D animations using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WebGL.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate static concepts into fluid motion.
- Ensure all animations are performant, accessible, and cross-browser compatible.
- Integrate animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js, Lottie) into existing codebases.
- Debug complex animation issues and maintain legacy animation systems.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for our creative frontend stack.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in frontend development or motion graphics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the RequestAnimationFrame API and performance optimization.
- Experience with 2D vector graphics libraries (Pixi.js, Phaser, or similar).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating professional 2D motion work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
