Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance 2D interactive animations and visualizations using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex 2D graphics to ensure 60fps animations on mobile and desktop devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend) to define interactive features and technical specifications.
- Implement responsive designs that adapt seamlessly to various screen sizes and orientations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards.
- Mentor junior developers on best practices for 2D graphics and animation libraries.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a specific focus on 2D graphics and animation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, CSS Animations).
- Expert knowledge of GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) and the HTML5 Canvas API.
- Experience with WebGL and 2D graphics libraries (e.g., PixiJS, Phaser).
- Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques, including memory management and rendering loops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
