Responsibilities
- Develop, articulate, and champion the overarching 2026 strategic vision for the company.

- Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align departmental goals with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from ideation through to execution and market launch.
- Present quarterly strategy updates and performance metrics to the Board of Directors.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of strategy analysts and project managers.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities to accelerate 2026 goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling products or leading enterprise-wide strategic transformations.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum Computing) and their business applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly innovative environment.
