- Develop and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and market demands.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and trend forecasting to identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and their potential impact.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs, testing prototypes and validating concepts for future product development.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and resource allocation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for future growth phases.
- Oversee the integration of sustainable technologies into our operational infrastructure.
- Mentor senior leadership teams on digital transformation strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on future market opportunities with a 5-year horizon.
- Strong background in technology stack evaluation and digital transformation methodologies.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or Computer Science is preferred.
