- Drive R&D investments in futuristic domains (metaverse, autonomous systems, neurotech)
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and industry forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven future-tech implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Strategic consulting background at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Global conference speaking experience (TED, Web Summit)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international partnerships
