Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap across all enterprise domains.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Web3, and spatial computing, into scalable business solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align long-term technological investments with overarching business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to execute strategic pilots and full-scale rollouts.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate tech trends and position the company as an industry pioneer by 2026.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the ROI and adoption rate of newly implemented future-tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or technical product leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of next-generation paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs), distributed cloud, and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
