- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless strategic execution.
- Lead high-level technical feasibility studies and prototype development for forward-looking initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and develop junior strategists and engineering leads, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Represent FutureForge at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, product management, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully launching large-scale, forward-looking software products.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and data privacy frameworks.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
