As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research institutions, and global tech pioneers. You'll influence product roadmaps, identify disruptive opportunities, and position Horizon Dynamics as the industry's thought leader in post-2026 technology paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Tech Horizon' forecasts with data-driven trend analysis
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and future-tech accelerators
- Deliver keynote presentations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES Future)
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech scaling
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published thought leadership on post-2026 technological evolution (IEEE, Nature)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech modeling
- PhD in Computer Science/Futurism or equivalent innovation track record
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains
