Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutes
- Present futuristic technology frameworks to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive tech solutions
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-7 year adoption cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in government or corporate innovation grants
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with 85%+ accuracy
