- Develop and maintain comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging trends
- Conduct advanced market research and competitive analysis in quantum computing, AI ethics, and next-gen connectivity
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated success in translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex technological visions
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) highly valued
