Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen prototypes for 2026+ technology paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Author white papers and patents on quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof solutions into corporate strategy
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit to shape industry discourse
- Mentor junior researchers while maintaining hands-on technical expertise in MLOps and edge computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent top-tier publications
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-neutral tech
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Ability to secure government grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate partnerships >$5M
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
