Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight strategies for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and translate into actionable roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align technological innovation with business growth objectives
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation lab teams on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
