Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing intersections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping commercializable future-tech solutions
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 100 R&D departments
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive innovation through patented methodologies for technology adoption forecasting
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers in emerging technologies
- Represent InnovateCore at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) on future technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology convergence
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants or venture funding
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Global speaking engagements at Davos, CES, or similar forums
