Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a 3-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Champion cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning hardware, software, and biotech domains
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Manage technology portfolio prioritization and resource allocation
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and speculative design workshops
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or startup unicorn
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research and investment communities
