Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and next-gen infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead strategic workshops with executive teams to align technology with business vision
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Mentor innovation teams in prototyping and rapid experimentation methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published work on future technology trends in peer-reviewed journals
