- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Advose executive leadership on future-proofing operational frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Conduct scenario planning for global tech policy and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation or tech foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presence
- Published work in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Assessment preferred
