Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends and assess market readiness for next-generation solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Create strategic briefings for executive leadership on technology implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design frameworks for ethical implementation of advanced technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption of emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Strong background in technology lifecycle management and commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
