Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with business strategy and market disruption
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, patents, and keynote presentations
- Manage strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech accelerators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, or synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products or platforms
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 200+ professionals
- Prior work with Fortune 500 CTOs on multi-year transformation initiatives
