Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum machine learning and decentralized AI
- Develop predictive frameworks for tech adoption curves and market disruption
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to prototype next-gen algorithms
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive sustainability initiatives in cloud infrastructure and edge computing
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech integration
- Present industry-defining research at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging tech
- 5+ years in tech R&D with quantum/AI experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic tech prototypes
- Strong public speaking and thought leadership credentials
