- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping methodologies
- Oversee the deployment of pilot programs for 2026-scale infrastructure projects
- Drive innovation through regular hackathons and cross-disciplinary brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling teams from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
