Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing 2026-era technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and ethical tech frameworks
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academia, government, and Fortune 500 entities
- Drive patent development for at least 15 breakthrough technologies by 2026
- Mentor a 20-person innovation lab through agile development cycles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design principles
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
