- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business transformation goals
- Drive adoption of emerging standards (Web4, decentralized identity, ambient computing)
- Manage patent portfolio and IP strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Establish industry partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and emerging security paradigms
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent breakthrough research
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US tech policy)
- Experience scaling teams through hypergrowth phases (Series B to IPO)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent
