Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping 2026-ready technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Translate future market trends into actionable product roadmaps
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology domains
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or product strategy
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized innovations
