Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology integration across quantum computing, AI ethics, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, futurists, and domain experts
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through visionary proposals and stakeholder management
- Establish industry-first partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Develop patent portfolios protecting core 2026 intellectual property
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-generation tech futurists through internal incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of leading teams that commercialized emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or gene-editing AI
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (> $10M)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and molecular biology APIs
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies launched in the last 5 years
