Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for commercialization
- Collaborate with policymakers on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological impact and market readiness
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized AI
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scaled innovation projects
