Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and neurotech convergence for strategic roadmap alignment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify 2026 market opportunities and disruption vectors
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance in autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital arm to incubate spin-off technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
- Author annual 'Tech Horizon Report' for C-suite and board-level decision support
- Prototype AR/VR interfaces for next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Coordinate global think tanks to forecast geopolitical tech policy shifts
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record commercializing technologies targeting 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, synthetic biology interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or Nature Futures journal
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for speculative technologies
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical tech development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
