Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation agenda across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype future-tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technology trends and their societal implications for strategic planning
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen breakthroughs
- Present futuristic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives align with Horizon Dynamics' commitment to ethical innovation and sustainability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to map complex technology intersections
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology fields
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
