- Lead R&D initiatives in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Collaborate with VPs of Product and Engineering to integrate futuristic solutions
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scaling startups
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-transforming tech products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to articulate complex visions
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Demonstrated experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
