Qualifications
- MS/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum/AI convergence topics
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA or equivalent)
- Deep expertise in NIST AI Framework 2.0 and quantum security protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech innovation from concept to market
- Experience with decentralized governance models (DAO, DAOstack)
