Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Develop predictive models for technological impact on global industries and societies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and human-machine interaction systems
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Curate and analyze horizon-scanning data from academic, startup, and corporate ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-technology symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neuro-interfaces, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in technology foresight, systems theory, or relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating published research on 2020-2030 tech trends
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
