Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ corporate strategy framework, aligning technological roadmaps with market evolution
- Lead innovation labs focused on quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI-human symbiosis
- Forge strategic alliances with Fortune 50 entities and academic institutions for R&D acceleration
- Chair the Future Council, guiding ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough innovations through venture incubation
- Present visionary roadmap to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years at director/executive level
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Portfolio of 3+ innovations generating >$50M revenue
