Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with global market trends and business goals.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to drive competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and product managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product leads to translate high-level vision into technical execution plans.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize engineering resources and budget to maximize ROI on long-term technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or executive capacity.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and enterprise systems.
- Future Outlook: Demonstrated ability to forecast and plan for technological shifts, specifically regarding 2026+ trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
