Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology and operational roadmap specifically aligned with the goals and trends of the year 2026.
- Future-Proofing Audits: Conduct rigorous assessments of current infrastructure to identify gaps in readiness for emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced automation.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems and drive the adoption of next-gen digital tools.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global market shifts and technological advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the C-Suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex architectural strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts to ensure the workforce is prepared for the cultural shifts required by future technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Planning, or Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to 2026, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technological transitions and delivering results on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
