Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for 2026, aligning with company-wide goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, threats, and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate strategic initiatives into product development and operations.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and pivot as necessary.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with future-tech trends (AI, Automation, Blockchain) is a plus.
