Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in quantum/AI/sustainability
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record delivering future-oriented tech initiatives (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (2020-2030 horizon)
- Expertise in agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
