Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technology ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable infrastructure
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to pilot future-proof business models
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from federal and private sector sources
- Present strategic frameworks at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent disruptive field experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or IEEE journals on emerging tech
- Track record of scaling innovations to enterprise/Government levels
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum cryptography, neuromorphic systems, climate AI, or decentralized networks
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global collaboration)
