Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in innovation or strategy publications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of past strategic initiatives with measurable impact
