Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 3+ years lead time
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing strategic buy-in
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives
