Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Blueprint, mapping 10-year technological trajectories across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and government think tanks
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and breakthrough opportunities in AI, climate tech, and space commercialization
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' predicting market disruptions with 85%+ accuracy benchmarks
- Drive strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and national innovation institutes
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present findings at Davos, TED Global, and UN Innovation Summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantum Sociology
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on 2030+ societal transformation models
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics Modeling)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for moonshot projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Carbon Neutral Strategy (ISO 14064)
