Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 strategic foresight initiatives across 5+ industry verticals
- Develop predictive models for AI, biotech, and quantum computing adoption curves
- Present quarterly trend briefings to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Lead a 12-person futurist task force with $2M annual innovation budget
- Publish annual 'Horizon 2026' report establishing thought leadership
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycle
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published research on exponential technologies or future scenarios (peer-reviewed)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Proven track record scaling foresight programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, Palantir) and NLP analytics
- Keynote speaker credentials at 3+ global innovation conferences since 2020
