Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging trends with 2026 impact
- Produce quarterly strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Design and manage innovation incubators for high-potential 2026-focused initiatives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating long-term trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
