- Build and manage a cross-functional futurist innovation lab
- Publish thought leadership reports and represent the company at global forums
- Integrate foresight outputs into product development and corporate strategy
- Mentor junior futurists and build strategic partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systemic analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leader in futurism or emerging technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
