Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for future-proofing organizational infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state vision
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation effectiveness
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, climate tech, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
