- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotechnology
- Architect scenario-planning models for climate resilience and ethical AI deployment
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Cultivate an internal 'Future Council' of industry disruptors and academic pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executive dashboards and board-level narratives
- Drive organizational transformation through agile adoption of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption patterns
