Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead innovation labs exploring emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-centric principles into development cycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technological and societal impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future concepts into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
