Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios and risk assessments for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with stakeholders from engineering to C-suite
- Produce actionable reports and visualizations translating complex futures into business opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge insights
- Champion future-proofing initiatives across product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend extrapolation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in big data and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
